Manage customer claims and queries related to forward orders through our internal teams and partners (e.g., Shipment, Return, Pricing, Order status, ETA / Lead time, Warranties etc)
A Query Management CSR will have the following responsibilities :
- Checking of customer claims (shipment, return, pricing) if valid or not upon request
- Coordinating with 3rd parties on getting the shipping documents needed for validation
- Coordinating with Returns Team on return claims if valid
- Logging of claims on respective apps for 3rd parties' validation
- Coordinating with internal teams for other type of claims (pricing)
- Collaborating with channel team relating to claims
- Processing of credits with internal team for valid claims
- At least knowledgeable in SAP and Microsoft Office and able to handle pressure
- Preferably graduate of any college degree.
- Proficient in Japanese
