As the Sales Consultant (KL) at The Makeover Guys, you will focus on providing advice on how to maximize property returns. Our mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You will establish and cultivate relationships with homeowners and provide strategic solutions for their properties. You are key in building and nurturing a community of happy customers who believe in what we believe.
What You’ll Do
- Educate the homeowners on the importance of making over their unit to optimize their returns
- Provide strategic solutions to increase the rentability of the customer’s unit
- Convert potential leads to satisfied customers
- Perform area analysis on surrounding areas of the property
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for the homeowners
