We are looking claims personnel who is committed to processing claims accurately, fairly and efficiently, upholding our promise to our policyholders. This position is for 6-month contractual term .
Job Descriptions
Verify and approve cases within specific guidelines
Follow-up and send reminders for pending cases
Monitor and ensure that productivity and Service Level Agreement are met
Handle CSIU, OFS and BNM cases within Service Level Agreement
Carry out non-system ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory policies and regulation
Perform other duties as delegated by Management
Job Requirements
Degree related to Life Insurance, Science, Law or equivalent
Possess basic claim assessment skill on Life or Medical insurance
Basic understanding and application of insurance guidelines and Act is desired
IT / Computer knowledge, i.e. basic Microsoft Office application
Good time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
