Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Drive financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Manage budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide insights on business performance.
  • Ensure effective risk management and internal control systems.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams within the accounting and finance department.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
