Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating food processing equipment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring consistent product quality. The Operator will be responsible for running production lines efficiently, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate food processing and packaging machinery according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Monitor equipment during production runs
  • Ensure product quality meets company and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO)
  • Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machinery
  • Record production data accurately (batch numbers, quantities, downtimes, etc.)
  • Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately
  • Follow and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols always
  • Assist in changeovers and cleaning between production batches
  • Handle raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in compliance with FIFO and traceability
  • Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Train junior operators or new hires as needed

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a production operator in a food manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with food safety systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000)
  • Able to operate and troubleshoot basic food machinery (e.g., mixers, fillers, sealing machines, conveyors)
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills (for batch records, logs, measurements)
  • Only Male Candidate Preferred.

  • Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
  • Male only

  • Fast-paced food production facility
  • Requires PPE : gloves, mask, hairnet, uniform, safety shoes

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
