Internship Business Development Support

With a global network of 40+ offices and a team of 700+ multilingual travel professionals, we serve more than 10,000 international travel groups and 300,000 international tourists annually. We are currently looking for a Business Development Support based in our Kuala Lumpur office. The ideal candidate should have prior working experience in the tourism industry and be flexible in using our internal system and coordinating with our back-office team. This role will involve assisting our Director and supporting local travel agencies to ensure the smooth delivery of our destination services. What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities) : -Plan Tailored Itineraries : Develop customized US itineraries and quotations based on sales requests, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences. -Tour Management : Process and confirm tour orders, maintain accurate records in the company system, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the head office. -Billing and Payments : Issue invoices and follow up with clients on payment collection to meet deadlines. -Resource Updates : Stay updated on tourism resources, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure seamless communication to finalize bookings. -General Administrative Tasks : Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the sales and operations team. What do we need from you (Job Requirements) : -Work Experience : Over 3 years of experience in the tourism industry. -Language Skills : Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken, read, and written) to communicate effectively with global clients and partners. -Experience Preferred : Candidates with a background in the tourism industry or related fields will be given priority.
