Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel – GOGOX Malaysia Legal  Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on a wide range of business activities across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, service contracts, and agreements with suppliers and customers.

Advise on employment and HR-related legal matters, providing practical guidance to internal teams to help manage business risks.

Oversee corporate governance and administration matters.

Support legal issues arising from other offices across the Asia-Pacific region, as required.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal qualification.

At least 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer and / or in-house legal counsel (experience in tech company is a plus).

Strong background in corporate legal drafting, contract negotiation, and reviewing commercial agreements.

Strong command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in Cantonese or Korean will be a distinct advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
