Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role minimum 1 - 2 years , preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product strategy, aligning with company goals.
  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify product opportunities.
  • Work with engineering to develop and prioritize product features.
  • Communicate plans and progress across teams.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance using data insights.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
