Senior Tax Associate

Job Responsibilities :

• Tax computations and filings to ensure compliance with Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
• All IRB tax correspondences assigned by tax manager are properly dealt with within the given timeframe.
• Ensure timely submission of Form CP204 & Form CP204A.
• Manage the preparation and timely submission of direct tax returns.
• Support clients during the finalization of tax compliance, addressing issues efficiently and mitigating risks.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure all work complies with statutory requirements.
• Respond and follow up with the general tax correspondence on a timely manner.
• Organize work well so that deadlines are met.
• Provide support to the team and work co-operatively to ensure all tasks are carried out according to instruction and on a timely manner.
• Manage the filing of tax documents into the tax files in a timely and organized manner.
• Call and follow up on tax fee payment on a monthly basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
