About the role

We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our growing team at Metrosis Sdn Bhd, based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the Drafting department, supporting the design and development of our innovative products and solutions. This is a full‑time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, schematics, and models using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
Utilise CAD software to create, modify and update engineering drawings and models.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and standards.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Art, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drafting using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks or Inventor.

Strong technical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex design specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high‑quality technical drawings.

Strong management and organizational skills to handle project deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
