Assist customers in resolving issues and ensure their satisfaction with the provided services.
Collaborate with the facility manager to address complex or escalated customer concerns.
Promptly address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the facility manager as needed.
Investigate service-related incidents or concerns, working closely with the on-site facility management teams to gather information and provide updates to customers.
Provide recommendations to the facility manager on strategies to enhance the customer experience, such as streamlining procedures, improving communication, or implementing new technologies.
Work closely with the on-site facility management teams, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
