Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and diagnose the market situation to develop and execute an effective territory plan.
- Explore and develop new account coverage to strengthen the company portfolio - to sustain a consistent sales growth.
- Build strong, effective relationships with customers, providing them with detailed information about our products, devices, and indications.
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with customers to meet their needs.
- Actively participate in meetings, national conferences, and other professional engagements.
- Involves heavily in participating and supporting surgeries in Operation Theatre.
- Collaborate with Customer Services, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) teams to optimize sales outcomes for products details and knowledge.
- Requires a matured professional mindset, dedication to the role position and display good sense of responsibility.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in surgical or pharmaceutical industry - experiences in Hospitals settings, Operation Theatre exposure, Specialist Centre will be an advantage.Familiarity with ophthalmology is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in science, business, marketing, or an equivalent field.Positive attitude, independent, mature, dynamic, and results-driven self-starter with excellent networking skills to diverse group of people.Possess a creative, analytical and inquisitive mindset.A team player and willingness to supports team members.Good presentation skills and computer literate as well as proficient in written and spoken English. Other languages & dialects will be an added advantage.Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.Seniority level
