Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and validate analytical methods for testing raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform regular quality control tests to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues in collaboration with the production team.
  • Set up laboratory and overseeing the lab operations and equipment
  • Develop and enforce laboratory protocols and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance to relevant regulatory requirements (eg KKM, GMP)
  • Work with product development team in research and development of new products and formulas and support production team in scaling up for manufacturing
  • Identify and resolve any chemical and technical issues
  • Prepare reports and technical documentations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques will be an added advantage (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or FTIR).
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations, and other relevant industry standards will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
