We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia . This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

A team in Rewards within a Human Resource Consulting firm is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for clients.

They analyze market data and industry trends to develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans.

The team also provides guidance on employee recognition programs and helps clients ensure their rewards strategies align with their overall business objectives.

We will count on you to :

Client Presentations and Reports : Writes and customizes client presentations and reports, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Data Analysis : Performs advanced data analysis using dynamic Excel modeling, drawing conclusions for project managers and senior consultants.

Exhibit Development : Reviews and develops exhibits based on collected data, ensuring accuracy in analyses related to project components and processes.

Financial Performance Insights : Utilizes computer and research skills to analyze financial performance, talent management trends, and compensation practices for clients.

Oversight of Analysts : Reviews Excel exhibits and financial analyses prepared by analysts, overseeing methodology development and managing small to medium engagements.

Project Management : Manages smaller projects and workstreams, supports business development, and participates in project planning and pricing.

Client Liaison : Acts as the primary client contact for project areas, facilitating communication between the Mercer project team and client representatives.

Research and Peer Group Development : Uses proprietary tools and public filings to gather industry knowledge and develop peer groups for client comparisons based on relevant criteria.

What you need to have :

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Minimum of 7 years experience including Consulting and 2-3 years experience within Human Resource Project Management

Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information

Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
