Purpose of Role

PA to the Campus Principal

provides high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the Campus Principal can operate effectively and efficiently in leading the school. The PA acts as the first point of contact, managing communication, scheduling, documentation, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. The role exists to enable the Campus Principal to focus on strategic leadership, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.

    PA to Campus Principal – Key Responsibilities

    Administrative services

  • Provide administrative and secretarial services as requested by the Campus Principal in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage the schedule for the Campus Principal.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to staff, students, parents, visitors and callers to the school.
  • Receive, sort, and prioritize mail and emails, redirecting as appropriate and responding to all routine correspondence daily in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the filing system for the Campus Principal is kept up to date.
  • Prepare agenda and minutes of Senior Leadership Meetings or other necessary meetings chaired by Campus Principal
  • Other duties as directed by the Campus Principal, including :
  • Purchasing gifts
  • Event management
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other school staff members and contribute to the general team's well-being.
  • Protect confidentiality of records and information about students / parents / staff and use discretion when sharing such information.
  • Legal licenses and Government dealing

  • Ensuring work is assigned in accordance to policies and procedures, guidelines and recommendations of MOE, Head Office and any other regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor on the validity for all regulatory bodies related documents / licenses and arrange for renewal / update (
  • MOE license, KDN approval to recruit international students, PDPA)

    Student Services

  • Oversees and provide support for students in School when necessary
  • Contribution to the wider school :

  • Become familiar with the school's policies and programmes
  • Participate in activities that benefit the school as a whole
  • Any other tasks assigned by Campus Principal
  • Line management

    The PA to the Campus Principal will report to the

    Campus Principal.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Education :

    Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, or related field.

    Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or secretarial experience (experience in an education industry is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
