About the role

Combine operating systems (Linux / Unix—especially Red Hat) with enterprise networking. Keep mission-critical environments secure, performant, and highly available across on-prem and cloud. Cloud experience is an advantage.

Work directly with our Kubernetes and container ecosystems—cluster networking, ingress, service discovery, and observability. Help automate cluster ops and strengthen container security (image scanning, registry policies).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and harden Linux servers / services; patching, backup / restore, performance tuning.
  • Design / operate enterprise networks : VLANs, STP, routing (OSPF / BGP), firewalls / VPNs, load balancers, site connectivity.
  • Operate and secure container platforms (Docker / containerd); collaborate on Kubernetes networking / ingress and monitoring.
  • Implement monitoring / logging (Zabbix / Prometheus, ELK), high availability / DR, and capacity planning.
  • Automate with Bash / Ansible; manage virtualization (VMware / Proxmox); support DevOps deployments.
  • Align with security baselines, identity / AAA, and change management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Linux administration (RHEL / CentOS / Ubuntu) and / or enterprise networking.
  • Scripting (Bash / Python) and git; clear communication; able to work at customer sites when required.
  • Nice to have : RHCSA / RHCE, CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet / Palo Alto; Kubernetes (CKA / CKAD), Helm, service mesh (Istio / Linkerd); cloud networking (AWS / Azure / GCP); Terraform / Ansible.

    • 6) System Analyst (CRM / Supply Chain / AI)

    Experience : 3+ years as System / Business Analyst or Solution Designer

    What you’ll do

  • Lead discovery and design end-to-end solutions for CRM and / or supply chain, or AI-powered features (chat / voice agents, NL2SQL / RAG, Narrative AI).
  • Produce BRD / FRD, process maps, data models, and API specs; define acceptance criteria and orchestrate UAT.
  • Work with architects / engineers to align workflows with the platform’s governed lakehouse + vector + BI / AI stack.

    • What you’ll bring

  • Experience designing CRM pipelines or supply chain flows (inventory, procurement, forecasting) or AI solutions (chat / voice, RAG / NL2SQL).
  • Clear documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and an understanding of data governance and permissions.

    System Analyst (CRM / Supply Chain / AI) — Mid to Senior

    What you’ll do :

  • Lead discovery and solution design for CRM and / or supply chain workflows, or AI-powered features (chat / voice agents, NL2SQL / RAG, Narrative AI); produce BRD / FRD, process maps, data models, API specs; define acceptance criteria; orchestrate UAT; align with our governed data & AI platform.
  • What you’ll bring :
  • 3+ years as System / Business Analyst or Solution Designer; experience in CRM pipelines or supply chain (inventory, procurement, forecasting) or AI solution design; strong documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and data governance awareness.

    • AI / ML Engineer — Fresh Grads Welcome (Junior to Mid)

    What you’ll do :

  • Build hands-on features on our AI stack : RAG, NL2SQL, OCR / NER, chat / voice agents, and small ML services; train, evaluate, and iterate ML models; prototype in Python; wire up APIs, simple data pipelines, and evaluation scripts.

    • What you’ll bring :

  • Python fundamentals, basic statistics, curiosity, and growth mindset. Plus points : scikit-learn / PyTorch / TensorFlow, NLP / CV, SQL, Docker, FastAPI / Flask; GitHub / Kaggle portfolio.

    • Data Scientist / Data Analyst — Analyst to Senior

    What you’ll do :

  • Own analytics / ML lifecycle—framing, EDA, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, and delivery to dashboards / agents; build and monitor models for forecasting, anomaly detection, classification / clustering; publish insights with Narrative AI.

    • What you’ll bring :

  • Strong Python (pandas / NumPy / scikit-learn) and SQL; statistics / experimentation. Plus : time-series, gradient boosting, or modern NLP. 2+ years preferred for Data Scientist; Data Analyst track open for lower experience.

    • End of listing. For reference, working hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 a.m.–6 : 00 p.m. (or based on customer site). Dress code : Business / Company shirt (Mon–Thu), Casual Friday.
