Job description

Responsibilities

Guide electrical and instrumentation technicians to complete electrical and instrumentation inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment in distribution rooms and production lines;
Supervise the safe operation of electrical and instrumentation technicians to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel;
Analyze and handle faults that occur during the operation of electrical and instrumentation equipment, and provide timely solutions;
Responsible for optimizing the PLC program of the production line and adjusting it according to the process;
Spare parts management work, develop reasonable procurement plans and implement them;
Collaborate with production and process departments to tackle difficult and bottleneck electrical control issues on the production line, and enhance equipment OEE and process capabilities;
Statistics and analysis of on-site equipment energy consumption improvement, formulation of process plans, guiding and promoting the implementation of improvement measures, and achieving improvement goals;
Assist in the configuration of electrical and instrumentation equipment for technical renovation projects;
Train and guide electrical technicians to improve their professional technical level;
Responsible for the performance evaluation of electrical and instrumentation technicians;
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader and cooperate with other departments to complete production related work

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or above, majoring in electrical or automation related fields.

More than 2 years of work experience in homogenization and powder equipment, with experience in PLC programming, debugging and maintenance, on-site instrument selection and maintenance and testing, HV / LV circuit maintenance, team management, etc;

Familiar with communication protocols related to PLC communication, such as PN communication and RS485 communication;

Familiar with the installation specifications for self-control instruments, sensors, electrical wiring, and electrical equipment;

Familiar with the control of electrical components such as frequency converters, servos, stepper motors, etc;

Familiar with primary and secondary distribution systems; Familiar with Mitsubishi ABB、 Mainstream control systems such as Siemens

Familiar with the basic principles of electrical instruments and understand the basic working principles of mechanical equipment;

Holding a high and low voltage electrician certificate;

Having knowledge of Siemens ABB、 Debugging and control of various frequency converters such as Delta;

Have certain programming skills in PLC and DCS;

Proficient in PLC, industrial computer, touch screen working principles, programming and configuration, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens, Kunlun Tongtai, Weilun Tong touch screen;

Proficient in using electrical schematic design software such as WinCC, Eplan；

Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc
