Solutions Architect

Overview

As the technical core of AIDE (AI Delivery & Enablement), you will design and implement rapid, practical solutions for challenges across the company's diverse business and operations units using optimal AI technologies. As a business partner to the BizTech PM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle—from assessing technical feasibility and building rapid PoCs (Proofs of Concept) to transitioning them into stable, production systems—driving business value through AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Design Technical Solutions
• Work in close partnership with the BizTech PM to analyze and evaluate the needs of business and operations units from a technical perspective.
• Select the optimal technology stack (e.g., external APIs, low-code tools, custom scripts) for each challenge and design a feasible solution architecture.
• Rapid Prototyping & Value Validation
• Utilize frameworks and low-code tools like Streamlit, Dify, and n8n to rapidly build prototypes (PoCs) that bring ideas to life.
• Quickly validate business value and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Implement and deploy validated PoCs as stable, reliable systems for production use.
• Build secure and trustworthy solutions in compliance with internal data governance and security policies (e.g., handling of L2 / L3 data).
• Develop ETL pipelines and API integrations for data connectivity as needed.
• Adopt New Technologies & Contribute to the Team
• Continuously research and evaluate the latest AI-related technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
• Document the knowledge from developed solutions to improve reusability and maintainability within the team.
