About Our Client

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing consumer electronics distributor with over 10 years of international market presence. Partnering with leading global brands, the company delivers innovative devices worldwide. The office is based in KLCC area, with convenient access via MRT and LRT.

The Role

They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support the daily operations of supply chain activities. This is a Night-Shift Fully WFH role, involving coordination of procurement, logistics, inventory, and order management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Monitor supplier order and elevate issues when necessary.

Logistics & Shipping

  • Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
  • Ensure accurate shipping documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal & external.

    • Inventory & Order Management

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock dispute.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with sales team for fulfilment.
  • Maintain supply chain records and update ERP / Excel databases / Google drives.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (instead of daytime).
  • Willingness to substitute for Malaysia public holidays and support on an ad hoc basis when required.
