As a Physiotherapist at the Gold Care Nursing Home Centre in Selayang, Selangor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to our residents. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for each resident
• Implement a range of physiotherapy interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive device recommendations
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of residents, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure a coordinated approach to rehabilitation
• Provide education and advice to residents, families, and caregivers on optimising physical function and independence
• Maintain detailed clinical records and provide regular progress reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services
