Job descriptionOversee and coordinate on-site construction activities and personnel Ensure work is carried out according to plans, timelines, and safety standards Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct site briefings and toolbox meetings Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently Track material and equipment usage Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications EPF, SOCSO Free car park Complimentary snacks provided Flexible working hour Petrol allowance
Requirements
- Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in construction or renovation
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and safety procedures
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with different teams
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Physically fit and comfortable working on-site
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel between sites
- Diploma or equivalent in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with construction tools and software is a plus
