ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. Job Scope : Take full responsibilities of the daily operation of customer service function to handle all initial inquiries from customers, dealers, and general public regarding order placement, complaints, technical support and etc. Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools; identify and interpret customers’ requirements, shape these requirements to fit company research & manufacturing capabilities and communicate these to customers. Work closely with Sales Account Managers as a consultant to clients on technical matters to improve customer satisfaction. Solve technical and order issues for the customers to maintain customer relationship together with sales managers. Arrange telecommunications and give technical presentations to customers. Job Requirements : Master's degree or PhD in relevant life science fields including but not limited to cell biology, immunology, and molecular biology. 2-3 years of commercial experience will be an advantage. Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese, verbally and in writing (as this role works closely with some Chinese speaking clients and colleagues). Good presentation skills with scientific content. Customer-focused, proactive / action-oriented with good business acumen. Previous industry experience in a similar commercial role will be an advantage. Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, organization and time management skills. Location :
