Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Subang Jaya and focuses on supporting the development, application, and implementation of Besi's semiconductor assembly products. The Product Specialist will engage in product testing, customer demonstrations, and process optimisation, working closely with both R&D and customers to ensure products meet industry needs. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, conducting data analysis, and supporting sales and customer service teams. Collaboration is key to the role, ensuring that customer requirements are met and processes are continuously improved.
