Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years recruitment or talent acquisition related experiences preferably in a fintech or financial industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people, with a positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and related documentation.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • 2. Office Administration

  • Support day-to-day office operations including stationery and pantry supply management.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, office events, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
  • 3. HR Operations & Engagement

  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, festive celebrations, and birthday programs.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system updates, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • 4. HR Process Improvement & Best Practices

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and recommend HR best practices to improve employee experience.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
