Job Description

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process by providing product comparisons and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, new vehicle arrivals, technologies, features, and accessories.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective buyers.
  • Organize and conduct test drives, ensuring all required documentation is completed in line with dealership policies.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and fully functional.
  • Participate in used vehicle inspections and evaluations.
  • Manage and submit bank financing applications and related documentation.
  • Personally deliver vehicles to customers, explaining operational features, warranty coverage, and completing all handover paperwork.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing sales effectively.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Able to conduct test drives for manual and automatic vehicles, including cars and motorcycles.
  • Willing to travel for customer appointments outside of the inspection center.
  • Solid understanding of different car makes, models, and automotive systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time efficiently.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license (minimum Class B2 and Class D).
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude and passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
