SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and optimising the company’s digital presence by leveraging marketing technologies, SEO strategies, and data-driven insights.This role ensures seamless integration between marketing initiatives and IT systems, supporting business growth and enhancing engagement with target industries.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. SEO & Website Optimisation
Conduct regular keyword research and competitor analysis.Review and interpret SEO performance reports (e.g., SEMrush, GA4, Looker Studio).Optimise on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and internal linking.Coordinate technical SEO changes with the web development team or agency.Create and maintain SEO-friendly landing pages for campaigns or product launches.Monitor and improve site health (crawl errors, mobile usability, page speed).2. Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and maintain a content calendar for blogs, case studies, and landing pages.Write or edit 1–2 high-quality blog posts or case studies per month.Collaborate with product managers and the sales team for technical content input.Ensure content reflects the brand voice and resonates with audiences such as architects, contractors, and facility managers.Upload, format, and optimise content within the CMS (WordPress or equivalent).3. Digital Campaign Support
Assist in running and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns (in-house or via agency).Track campaign performance and ROI.Prepare campaign briefs, review and approve ad copy, and coordinate creative assets.Suggest improvements based on performance data and trends.4. Email Marketing & Social Media
Build and send email campaigns using internal eDM systems or third-party platforms.Share content, news, and case studies via the company LinkedIn page.Monitor engagement and support growth of the target audience.5. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain tracking setup in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.Produce monthly KPI reports on organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and lead quality.Identify opportunities for SEO growth and campaign optimisation.6. Project Coordination
Liaise with external marketing / SEO agencies to align efforts.Manage internal approvals for marketing content and campaigns.Maintain a digital asset library (PDFs, brochures, specifications).Align marketing activities with sales, tenders, and product launches.7. Tools & Training
Use and maintain SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs (if applicable).Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.Undertake relevant training and professional development.JOB REQUIREMENTS : Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a similar role
Marketing & SEO Skills
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices across on-page, off-page, and technical aspects.
Skilled in using SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
Proficient in planning, writing, and optimising content for websites and digital campaigns.
Experience with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on campaign optimisation.
Understanding of email marketing workflows and social media content management, particularly on LinkedIn.
Technical / IT Skills
Proficient in content management systems like WordPress.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and setting up accurate conversion tracking.
Strong ability to interpret marketing data and analytics, generate reports, and provide strategic insights.
Familiar with log file analysis to identify and resolve crawl-related issues.
Working knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation.
Experience addressing technical SEO issues such as indexation errors, redirect chains, and duplicate content
