Are you an expert in complex industrial operations with a proven background in edible oil refining? We are looking for a decisive and results-driven Refinery Production Manager to lead and optimize our multi-faceted operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality production across Oil Refinery, Laundry Soap Production, Storage, and WWTP.
• Direct daily refinery and soap production processes; monitor KPIs (yield, throughput), optimize chemical usage, implement improvements and manage plant shutdowns / turnarounds.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA, DOE, DOSH, and local HSSE regulations; drive a robust safety culture and meet environmental discharge standards.
• Guarantee product specifications (FFA, color) and maintain certifications : Halal, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, MSPO.
• Manage departmental budgets (CAPEX), implement cost‑saving measures, and oversee inventory control and reporting to Finance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a large team of engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
