This role is to assist in the end-to-end project management for new product development and product enhancements for Agency, Bancassurance and Employee Benefits, monitoring and execution of Product Management Framework and Product Development Process governance and compliance and adherence to external regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore concepts / ideas for new product or any product related campaigns
- Prepare product implementation specification and ensure the product design in compliance with Acts, regulation and guidelines
- Work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that product & documents approval, and system readiness are obtained on a timely manner for the launch of new / enhanced products / product related campaigns
- Draft policy contract, product illustration & PDS, and obtain necessary internal signoff
- To perform testing for the sales illustration systems
- Review marketing materials and training slides
- Conduct internal staff briefing before product launch
- Conduct post launch review with respective parties
- Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Ad hoc task such as consumer research and etc
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Studies or other relevant fields.Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial productsPossess analytical skills, problem solving skills, and eye on details.Able to work under minimum supervisionApplication Questions
