The Position
As a Supplier Enablement Specialist your main responsibility is creating higher supply chain value generation by maximizing the procurement digitization potential of the key Roche global suppliers over the GEP network. You coordinate the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of integrations, act as the first point of contact for vendors across regions, and continuously improve the performance of Roche‑RSS.
- Coordinate and secure in‑time integration of targeted suppliers with the deployment project team, integration parties and support organisations.
- Act as the SPOC for responsible vendors regarding integration issues; manage resolution in collaboration with GEP and Roche internal support organisations.
- Align, collaborate and coordinate MyBuy and Nexxe (iCollab) common supplier integrations; manage communication towards top vendors with the Adoption / Communication team and Supplier Enablement Communication.
- Provide visibility to the Global SE Lead and Deployment Leads on integration and operation status, support SE Global Lead in strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, and manage best practice sharing and issue resolution with business support teams.
- Support project work such as data collection, testing, workshops, activity transfers and system implementation; daily coordination of processes in the relevant area.
- End‑to‑end management of payments, including general issue resolution, prevention of duplicate payments and IDOC management.
- Handle vendor and internal business inquiries; report activities according to SOPs and country‑specific needs in an ad‑hoc and scheduled manner.
- Proactively manage knowledge retention by creating and updating process documentation and supporting materials; deliver training and mentoring for team members.
- Contribute to internal and external audit activities, comply with ICFR and audit requirements, and foster stakeholder partnership.
- Leverage technical expertise with GBMP and SE Global Lead to continuously improve processes related to integrated global vendors (monitoring, issue handling, day‑to‑day activities, enhancements on I2P and R2R).
- Serve as a regional first point of contact for system‑related changes that impact SE operations; coach and coordinate supplier or system integration changes at the global level.
- Collaborate with different Roche support, process and business owners to resolve critical supplier enablement issues across operational and organisational boundaries.
- Provide global supplier training on e‑invoicing tool usage and prevent technical issues with supplier system integrations.
- Support deployment activities, including technical setup, testing and parallel system operations for top global vendors.
