Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the company.
Develop and implement effective internal controls and accounting policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Professional qualification (CPA / ACCA / MIA or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
