Job Descriptions

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain & Operations Executive (MY) to manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution across our regional supply chain network. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, optimizing supply planning, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Procurement & Supplier Management
• Lead procurement execution , including placing and managing purchase orders (POs) with suppliers to ensure timely production and replenishment .
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers , ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify supply risks , negotiate solutions, and align procurement with business needs.
• Freight & Logistics Management
• Oversee freight forwarders and shippers , ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant international shipping .
• Manage import / export operations, navigating customs clearance and regulatory compliance in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Optimize shipping schedules and routes to improve lead times and reduce costs.
• Warehouse & 3PL Coordination
• Work closely with 3PL providers and warehouse teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and regional markets to manage inbound and outbound logistics .
• Ensure accurate inventory receiving and stock allocation according to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
• Inventory & Operations Planning
• Support commercial teams, finance teams, and the head of operations to ensure optimal inventory sufficiency across markets.
• Support supply planning strategies , including demand forecasting and replenishment cycles.
• Operational Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and logistics operations.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
