Project Manager

Responsibilities

• To ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• To oversee site team members and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and productive operations.
• To ensure adherence to safety practices and regulations on site, maintain a safe working environment.
• To ensure compliance with internal QAQC standards through regular inspections and collaboration with internal Inspectors of Work.
• To ensure effective management and utilisation of the construction budget, adhere to SOPs to optimise resources.
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
