Job description

Requirements

  • A minimum Diploma Graduated
  • Able Speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Skills required :  Retail Management Skills, Leadership and Team Management, Organizational and Planning Skills
  • Computer Literate – particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Possess own transport and able to travel within Malaysia
  • Experience in managing multiple retail stores across different states is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist in oversee daily retail operations and ensure stores standards are maintained
  • Monitor and train supervisors and promoters to achieve high performance
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports for improvement
