Job description

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination :

  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate activities between designers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure project milestones are met according to the timeline.

    • Site Supervision :

  • Monitor on-site work to ensure IT adheres to approved design plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies.

    • Quality Control :

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet design and safety standards.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of design elements like lighting, furniture placement, finishes, and textures.

    • Team Management :

  • Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and installation teams.
  • Assign tasks and ensure workforce productivity and compliance with safety protocols.

    • Client & Designer Liaison :

  • Act as the on-site point of contact between the design team and the client.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates regularly.

    • Material & Resource Management :

  • Monitor inventory and delivery schedules of materials, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Coordinate logistics for timely and proper installation.

    • Documentation & Reporting :

  • Maintain detailed records of work progress, issues, and changes.
  • Prepare site reports and update project managers regularly.
