Job requirement : Candidate must possess a certificate Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Able to work 12 hours rotating shift Willing to wear jumpsuit, face mask, ear plug and use microscope while working Good team player Job Description Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors Hands on experience in SEM, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Monitors, 3rd party optics (3rd opt), SMT would be an added advantage Perform FOL monthly product characteristic monitor QC Assy EOL
