Regional Business Development Manager (Export Sales – South Asia)
Responsible for developing and expanding Kärcher’s export business in South Asia (Sri Lanka, Nepa, Maldives, Bangladesh, and nearby markets).
The role focuses on dealer management, market development, and new business acquisition to drive sales growth and brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer partnerships in assigned markets.
- Manage and support existing dealers to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Execute regional business plans, marketing initiatives, and product introductions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to support dealers’ success.
- Conduct regular visits to markets to oversee operations, training, and brand compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.8+ years’ experience in export sales, channel management, or business development.Strong understanding of South Asian markets and dealer networks.Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and travel frequently (60–70%).Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Fluent in English; additional regional languages a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
