Requirements

  • At least SPM education or equivalent .
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., EZEE, OPERA, Cloudbeds, or similar).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure with professional appearance.
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays may be required).

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments using booking software.
  • Provide local information and concierge services.
