Requirements
- At least SPM education or equivalent .
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., EZEE, OPERA, Cloudbeds, or similar).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure with professional appearance.
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays may be required).
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.Manage the check-in and check-out process.Answer phone calls and respond to emails.Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.Process payments and maintain accurate records.Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.Manage reservations and room assignments using booking software.Provide local information and concierge services.Benefits
