Responsibilities

• To operation planning related to buildings' administration and maintenance
• Attend / response promptly to breakdown / emergency calls from owner and management at all time.
• To control and manage health and safety procedures
• To supervise the work of contractors, plan and handle buildings maintenance operations, fire safety and security issues
• To oversee buildings' cleaning activities, utilities infrastructure and are in charge of space management.
• To perform ON & OFF building M&E operation system.
• Ventilate equipment and controls, to ensure all M&E equipment control system are in good and efficient operation.
• Install, replace or repair equipment that has been damaged
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all tasks.
