E-Commerce Operations & Growth Specialist - TikTok Shop
to manage and grow our presence in e-commerce marketplaces, with a core focus on TikTok Shop.

Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of our store, driving traffic, enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing sales through effective management of product listings, promotions, and collaborations.
Store Management & Optimization :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop store, including product uploads, listing optimization, inventory monitoring, and order processing.
- Optimise product titles, descriptions, images, and videos to improve visibility and conversion rates, ensuring compliance with platform-specific language requirements.
- Utilise tools (e.g., ERP systems like BigSeller) for efficient product collection processes and order status management with the warehouse team.
Data Analysis & Strategy :
Analyze store performance metrics (traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and market trends to develop and execute strategies for growth.Conduct routine competitor analysis to monitor competitor activities and adjust product assortment, pricing, and promotional tactics accordingly.Campaign & Promotion Management :
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and livestream events to boost store exposure and sales.Collaborate with influencers, creators, and MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) to drive product promotion and affiliate marketing efforts.Ads Management :
Plan and implement ad strategies to boost store exposure and sales.Update the creator ads code and material into GMV max.Optimize the ad plan, for example, by increasing the budget or adjusting ROAS.Collaboration, Compliance & Best Practices :
Coordinate with design, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and a positive user experience.Maintain communication with platform representatives to stay updated on policies, leverage platform resources, and resolve issues.Ensure store compliance with TikTok Shop's policies, including language requirements and product listing guidelines.Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and emerging trends in social commerce.Experience & Requirements :
3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee)Bachelor's degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Excellent command of Malay and English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is highly beneficial for cross-regional communication.Proficiency in data analysis tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. You can quickly identify issues, analyse data, and implement effective solutions.Proficient with E-Commerce management tools such as ERP systems (BigSeller) and TikTok Shop's backend operations.Highly organised, strong analytical & problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing partnerships and collaborations.Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing trends.This is a hybrid role located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Due to the role's nature, availability may be required outside normal hours during peak campaign periods, promotional events, or time-sensitive operational needs.
