JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, creating a positive and
engaging learning environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive
development of preschool-aged students. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for
planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, assessing children's
progress, and maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom setting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Curriculum Planning :
- Develop and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with
early childhood education standards.
Plan and organize daily activities that promote learning, socialization, and individualdevelopment.
Classroom Management :
Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment conducive tolearning.
Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions amongstudents.
Instruction and Engagement :
Facilitate learning through play, structured activities, and hands-on experiences.Encourage active participation and engagement in class activities.Assessment and Progress Monitoring :
Conduct ongoing assessments of students' development and progress.Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's achievements and areasfor improvement.
Individualized Support :
Identify and address the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.Provide additional support or challenges as needed to ensure each child's success.Parent Communication :
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents through regularmeetings, newsletters, and conferences.
Address parent inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Collaboration :
Work collaboratively with other preschool staff to create a cohesive and supportiveteaching team.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills andstay current with best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
Relevant teaching certification or licensure as required by local regulations.Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Job Types : Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
