Angular Front-End Lead Engineer (Cross-Border Remittance Solutions)

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Lead Engineer to join our team and lead the development of innovative, scalable, and user-centric front-end applications for our cross-border remittance solutions. This role requires expertise in Angular, C#, and a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and optimizing applications that handle secure, high-volume transactions while delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development :

Lead the development of modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular.

Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and testing.

Implement and enforce coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and remittance technology.

Ensure front-end solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, including AML / CFT guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of experience in front-end development with Angular (including TypeScript and RxJS).

Experience in developing solutions for cross-border remittance , payments, or financial services.

Proven experience leading front-end development teams, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance management.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly in optimizing high-performance applications.

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
