This role bridges frontline action and management-level tasks like outlet performance monitoring, workflow enhancement and etc. You'll act as a key player in strengthening outlet efficiency, cost control, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations Support (On-Ground / Immediate Response)
Handle outlets operational or manpower issuesProvide frontline support and supervise smooth store operationsEnsure SOPs, hygiene, service quality, QC and customer experience are upheldWork closely with outlet PICs to identify and resolve recurring issuesOperations Management
