- Spearhead the establishment and nurturing of core strategic partnerships with leading local financial institutions and licensed Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
- Focus on building and expanding the product ecosystem for B2B trade payments and related financial services specifically targeting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the local banking and Fintech ecosystems, ensuring precise alignment of market demand with the company's growth objectives.
- Own the entire partnership lifecycle : from identification, due diligence, negotiation (including commercial terms and technical integration), to successful launch and efficient delivery of co-developed products.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Product Delivery
Drive high-efficiency collaboration across internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance) to ensure customer-centric development, optimized workflows, and regulatory adherence.Oversee the end-to-end implementation of partnership projects, including the coordination and finalization of legal agreements, rapid product rollouts, and continuous post-launch optimization.Process Excellence & Operational Efficiency
Continuously evaluate and innovate trade payment processes and operational models.Collaborate closely with external partners to advance digitalization and automation of key workflows, significantly boosting operational efficiency and maximizing end-customer satisfaction.Compliance Management & Regulatory Engagement
Establish and maintain proactive communication and relationships with local regulatory bodies.Stay current on all regulatory developments and compliance requirements related to trade payments and cross-border fund movements, and develop strategies to navigate regulatory challenges, ensuring continuous compliance and business robustness.Performance Tracking & Value Maximization
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships (e.g., transaction volume, revenue growth, cost savings).Conduct regular business review meetings to identify and capture new commercial growth opportunities, ensuring partnerships yield maximum strategic and economic value.Seniority level
