Senior Executive, System & Network Specialist
This role manages and optimizes the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, and storage. It ensures secure and reliable operations through performance monitoring, connectivity management, and cybersecurity compliance. The position provides technical support, implements system upgrades and drives projects that enhance infrastructure stability and scalability, while collaborating with application teams and stakeholders for smooth IT operations and continuous improvement.
Primary Roles
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, PCs, printers, and related systems).
- Ensure updated system and network diagrams for HQ and branch offices.
- Manage system performance, connectivity and security compliance.
- Provide advanced technical support and contribute to infrastructure improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications, resolving incidents, service requests, and system errors.Maintain daily end-user support for PCs, printers, servers, networks, NAS, CCTV, and software.Prepare IT resources (PCs, software, email accounts) for new staff and provide onboarding training.Perform routine maintenance, updates, and configuration tasks to ensure system stability.Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes (system, database, and file backups).Take proactive measures and corrective actions to ensure data integrity.Liaise with vendors and suppliers for hardware / software issues and advanced troubleshooting.Support application change requests, upgrades, and deployments following ITIL standards.Propose and source new solutions for infrastructure improvement.Maintain accurate hardware inventory and software licensing records.Ensure compliance with legal software requirements and provide updates.Maintain documentation on system configurations, workflows, incidents, and resolutions.Standardize and document SOPs for IT operations.Monitor VPN connectivity between HQ and branches and internet connections.Administer antivirus systems and manage emergency outbreak response processes.Assist in monitoring and responding to security incidents.Log, track, and resolve application-related incidents in accordance with ITIL standards.Identify opportunities to improve system performance, usability and business efficiency.Participate in application projects related to enhancements, automation or digital transformation.Carry out other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Management and the Superior from time to time.Qualifications
Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Skills & Requirements
Experience in Microsoft 365, Networking & Firewall, Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server, Virtualization, CCTV systems.Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.Exceptional time and self‑management skills.Willingness to travel and possession of a valid D2 driving license.Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.Preferred
