EHS Engineer (Senior)

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide technical EHS expertise for factory and facilities system procurement. Define and communicate EHS requirements and expectations to suppliers through standard purchase specifications and other contract documents, and provide on-going technical support throughout the selection process.
• Own and manage the completion of EHS deliverables for each factory process transfer.
• Identify / prioritize / close transfer issues / findings identified during EHS assessments; document and communicate learnings to receiving site EHS organization.
• Provide EHS input to factory tool install and facility system design and specifications.
• Ownership of tool installation factory EHS equipment signoff specification and checklist.
• Perform process hazard analysis (PHA’s) on new high hazard chemical systems and ensure appropriate controls are integrated into system.
• Ensure meets OSHA requirements for process safety management of high hazardous chemicals and other application regulatory requirements.
• Partner with industry associations to influence EHS regulations & standards that may impact technology development and building / tool design.
