- Monday – Friday (8am-5pm / 10 am -7pm)
- Weekend (10am- 7pm)
Qualifications & experience
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (higher education is an advantage).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Experience in collections, credit control, or customer service will be an added advantage.Good communication and negotiation skills.Able to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).Able to work independently and in a team.Tasks & responsibilities
Contact customers with overdue payments to arrange settlements.Work with related teams to ensure timely collection.Negotiate repayment solutions with customers in arrears.Monitor overdue accounts and follow up promptly.Keep accurate records of all communications and agreements.What we offer
