Job description

Billing

  • Liaise with consultants on processing all types of revenue billing, including adjustments and cancellations.
  • Reconcile revenue with the Business and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Create new client / billing entity codes in NetSuite / Customer Connect.
  • Process revenue-related journals, including intercompany revenue transfers.
  • Act as the central point for invoicing and debtors' payment queries; update invoices as required.
  • Distribute sales invoices to clients when necessary.
  • Support the Credit Control team in invoice collection.
  • Ensure correct application of GST / VAT / Service Tax on revenue and invoices.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Accounts Payable (Minimal 5-10%)

  • Assist in Accounts Payables processing related to candidate or client reimbursement billing.
  • Check invoices related to O2C Billing and provide them to accounts payables for processing supplier invoices.
  • Assist in responding to O2C Billing queries related to accounts payables.
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual and tax audits.
  • Liaise with HSBC regarding client payments and receipts.
  • Provide assistance to the Finance Manager / Accountant as required.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in English.
  • Ideally, previous experience in Shared Services, familiar with sales order processing and related activities.
  • Accounts Receivables & Billing experience is desirable.
  • Regional experience in APAC.
  • Effective and professional communication skills with different audiences.
  • Commitment to service excellence.
  • Strong MS Office skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Graduate with a Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration, or studying towards an undergraduate degree in Accounting.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating appropriate behaviors and respect for colleagues.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with at least 3 days in the office.
