Job descriptionResponsible for day-to-day administrative tasks -Responsible for documents filling administrative work. -Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule and communicating relevant information. -Arrange courier service collection and reserve pickup. -Inform customers in Klang Valley when goods are done and ready for self-collection. -Receiving and processing purchase orders. -Assist in the preparation and organizing of sample materials from supplier. -Issue Invoices and Deliver Order on daily basis. -Finalize job sheet before sending to production. -To handle customer / supplier direct call line and solve the related problem. -Checking courier invoice to match with customer courier charges. -Other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior.
