About the Company

We are a leading IT talent solutions provider, connecting top-tier SAP and IT professionals with corporate clients across Malaysia and the region. Our services range from project-based staffing to outsourced and contract arrangements, supporting clients in SAP, software development, data engineering, and enterprise IT systems.

The Role

As Head of Recruitment, you will lead the recruitment division, shaping strategies to attract and secure top IT talent locally and regionally. You will manage a high-performing team while staying actively involved in frontline recruitment, ensuring the right talent reaches the right projects at the right time.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a commercially-minded recruitment professional who enjoys combining strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent acquisition results.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business growth objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Project teams to understand client requirements and resource needs.
  • Manage sourcing channels including job boards, agencies, vendors, and international pipelines.
  • Actively participate in recruitment as a player-manager, engaging with top candidates.
  • Oversee offer negotiations, contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Support cross-border hiring and coordinate with visa or compliance teams as required.
  • Track recruitment metrics, report progress, and recommend improvements to senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams, ideally in IT, technology services, or professional staffing.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and securing high-quality talent across multiple IT disciplines.
  • Skilled in designing and executing recruitment strategies to meet business growth objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, project, and operational teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Comfortable managing multi-channel recruitment, including online platforms, agencies, and international talent pipelines.
  • Experience building or scaling a recruitment function, implementing ATS, or leading regional / international hiring is an advantage.
  • Exposure to specialized IT tools (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Dynamics) or headhunting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
