Requirements

  • Secondary School / SPM / Certificate / Diploma.
  • More than 1 year's experience in metalworking.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Preference for experience in the furniture industry.
  • Skills Required : Woodworking, Metalworking, Metal Cutting, Metal Fabrication, Metal Bending, Quality Control and Safety Procedures.

Responsibilities

Machine Operation :

  • Operate bending, grooving, and other metalworking machines
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure efficient operation.

    • Metal Processing :

  • Cut, bend, and groove metal sheets, tubes, and profiles as per the design and production specifications.
  • Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to fabricate metal components.

    • Quality Control :

  • Inspect metal parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
  • Identify defects in material or finished products and report them to the team leader.

    • Safety and Compliance :

  • Follow all safety protocols, including wearing protective gear such as gloves, goggles, and ear protection.
  • Adhere to factory safety standards, including machine operation safety and proper handling of materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid accidents and improve workflow efficiency.

    • Any task required by superior or company management.
